Overview

The BUG-O High Capacity Modular Drive System is the heavy-duty version of BUG-O’s standard Modular Drive System, engineered for applications that require increased vertical load capacity, strength and process stability. It is designed to carry up to 140 lb / 64 kg vertically, while maintaining compatibility with standard MDS components.

This makes the High Capacity MDS a practical solution for heavier mechanised welding setups where the tractor must carry not only the drive system, but also the suitcase feeder, wire, cables and electrical connections. Instead of investing in a second or entirely different platform, users can expand the capability of the MDS family with a stronger, higher-capacity drive solution.
