Hypertherm MAXPRO200 consumables are multi-part LongLife® plasma consumables for heavy-duty cutting and gouging applications. They support automated and handheld plasma work, helping maintain cut quality, consumable life and reliable production performance.
MAXPRO200 consumables are genuine Hypertherm LongLife® plasma consumables designed for the MAXPRO200® plasma cutting system. They are used in heavy-duty, high-capacity cutting and gouging applications where cut quality, consumable life, productivity and operating cost are important.
The MAXPRO200 uses multi-part consumable sets rather than single-piece cartridges. Consumables are selected according to the cutting or gouging process, amperage, material and application, and may include parts such as electrodes, nozzles, shields, retaining caps, swirl rings, water tubes and related torch components. Hypertherm also lists advanced consumable technologies for the MAXPRO200, including LongLife®, CoolFlow™ and TrueFlow™, designed to improve consumable life and support consistent plasma performance.
