Hypertherm HPR400XD consumables are multi-part mechanized plasma consumables for HyPerformance high-definition cutting. They support demanding X-Y, bevel and robotic cutting applications, helping maintain cut quality, piercing performance and reliable production results.
HPR400XD consumables are genuine Hypertherm mechanized plasma consumables designed for the HyPerformance® HPR400XD® plasma cutting system. They are used in high-definition plasma cutting applications where cut quality, piercing performance, consumable life and repeatable production results are critical.
The HPR400XD uses multi-part consumable sets rather than single-piece cartridges. Consumables are selected according to the cutting process, amperage, material and application, and may include parts such as electrodes, nozzles, swirl rings, shields, shield caps, retaining caps and related torch components. Hypertherm also provides a dedicated HPR400XD consumable kit with the consumables and accessories required to get the system cutting.

* HPR cartridge requires a new torch body, water tube, and retaining cap. The HPR cartridge torch body connects directly to a standard HPRXD receptacle (part number 220705).
HPR cartridges are packaged and sold to partners in quantities of 10.
