BS06K-CAT Smart Laser Cutting Head

The RayTools BS06K-CAT is designed for industrial fiber laser cutting machines that require stable cutting performance, automatic focus control and intelligent monitoring. With a power rating up to 6 kW, it is suitable for medium- to high-power cutting applications in sheet metal processing, fabrication and general industrial metal cutting.

The cutting head supports QBH and G5 fiber interfaces, making it compatible with different mainstream fiber laser source configurations. Its optical specification includes a 1080 nm wavelength, F100 collimation length and F150 / F200 focusing length, giving users two focusing configurations depending on the machine setup and cutting requirement.

For focus control, the BS06K-CAT supports analog / pulse focus adjustment as well as EtherCAT bus-controlled focus adjustment. This allows integration into modern CNC laser cutting systems where automatic focusing, repeatable setup and stable process control are required.

The intelligent monitoring system is one of the main advantages of the BS06K-CAT. According to the product information and user manual, the head can monitor key operating conditions such as focus lens temperature, cover glass temperature, cutting gas pressure, cavity pressure, dew point, humidity, sensor status, side collision signal and focus position. This helps operators detect abnormal conditions earlier and protect the cutting head during production.
