BM110 Auto Focus Laser Cutting Head

The RayTools BM110 is an auto focus laser cutting head developed for fiber laser cutting machines with power levels up to 3.3 kW. It is suitable for medium- and low-power cutting applications where reliable focusing, stable optical performance and easy maintenance are important for daily production.

The cutting head uses a QBH fiber interface, making it compatible with various mainstream fiber laser sources. Its optical configuration supports F75 / F100 collimation length and F125 / F150 / F200 focusing length, giving machine builders and users flexibility according to the selected machine configuration and cutting requirements.

The BM110 includes automatic focus adjustment with a focus range of -12 mm to +10 mm and positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm. This reduces manual intervention, helps speed up setup and supports more repeatable cutting results when working with different materials or thicknesses.

For protection and maintenance, the BM110 uses multiple protective lenses, including an additional protective lens in the collimation unit to help protect the collimating lens and extend its service life. The drawer-type lens holder allows fast and simple replacement of protective lenses, reducing maintenance time and supporting smoother production workflow.

With a compact weight of approximately 5.0 kg, cutting gas pressure up to 25 bar and compatibility with single-layer and double-layer nozzles, the RayTools BM110 is a practical cutting head option for fiber laser cutting machines used in sheet metal processing, fabrication and general industrial metal cutting.
