Manual & Portable Beveling Systems are designed for flexible edge preparation, deburring and weld preparation on a wide variety of metal components. The B-Line combines compact hand-guided machines, pneumatic and electric bevelers, a stationary deburring unit and dedicated accessories for processing straight edges, radiuses, holes, contours and pipe edges.
The range is particularly suitable for workshops and fabrication environments where mobility, fast setup and versatility are more important than automatic feed. Depending on the model, B-Line machines can produce V-bevels, facing operations and rounded edges, while selected systems can also be adapted for pipe work and stationary use.
The B-Line covers applications from light deburring to heavier weld-preparation work. The B2 AIR is a compact pneumatic tool for deburring and edge rounding, while the B3 is intended for smaller steel workpieces that are inserted directly into the machine and guided manually.
For handheld electric beveling, the B10 ELECTRA is designed for workpieces, internal and external radiuses and holes, with edge-rounding capability and a maximum bevel width of 10 mm. The B15 ELECTRA NG extends this concept to a larger 15 mm bevel capacity, while the B15 AIR provides a powerful pneumatic alternative for straight edges, contours, boreholes and radiuses.
The B15 INOX is a hand-guided beveling machine developed specifically for stainless steel. It can be used independently on shaped workpieces or combined with the inoXpipe Beveler for long straight edges and pipe applications.
The B22 ZERO is designed for straight-edge beveling and facing operations, including removal of unwanted surface layers left on workpiece edges after thermal cutting. With a bevel range up to 20 mm, it is intended for heavier edge preparation and welding applications.
The inoXpipe Beveler expands the B-Line into pipe and tube preparation. It is designed for pipe machining from Ø85 mm, with no stated maximum outer diameter, and can also be used on flat material. Its roller-guiding system supports controlled movement around the pipe circumference or along a sheet edge.
The B-Line also includes the B-DOCK, a dock station that allows the B10 ELECTRA or B15 ELECTRA to be used as stationary beveling systems. This is especially useful for smaller or irregular workpieces that are difficult to clamp and process with a conventional handheld setup. The B-DOCK supports straight edges, holes, radiused edges and pipe work with the appropriate guides and attachments.
Manual and portable beveling systems are suitable for a wide range of metalworking tasks, including:
ANATECO offers manual and portable beveling systems for professional metal fabrication and weld preparation, covering light deburring, general-purpose beveling, stainless steel processing, facing and pipe edge preparation. The B-Line provides a flexible selection of electric, pneumatic and stationary-assisted solutions for workshops that need mobility without sacrificing machining control.
With models ranging from compact hand tools to 20 mm bevel-capacity systems and dedicated pipe accessories, the B-Line allows users to select the most appropriate machine according to material, bevel geometry, access conditions and production requirements.
